Glossier store is stunningly cool and welcoming. Staff is friendly and help, allow customers to browse without being pushy and helpful with product knowledge. The transaction process is seamless - staff tap items onto their iPads and keep a running tally until you’re done. Then the order is prepped.
The store is super cute and near - I love a neat store. All the products are available to test and across multiple display stations. There is a cute mirror selfie set up and also waiting areas. The globe chill out zone is pretty awesome.
Street parking is available in the area for around $2 per hour.
This store is SO aesthetic with so many adorable photo ops. They also have a mystery bag claw machine that you get 1 try on per visit. It was really easy to win so we all got a surprise item which made the visit exciting and special. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed!

I love this pretty store and have enjoyed the products I have indulged in across all categories: the makeup bag, fragrance, makeup line and skincare. I adore the makeup & stretch brush. Definitely spring for the brush! I wish the powder corresponded to the foundation colors and the fragrance lasted more than an hour or two because both are very pretty. The staff are great, knowledgeable, friendly and have gone above and beyond to make things as convenient as possible for me. The only complaint is the parking is a nightmare but hopefully they can open more locations soon with easier accessibility.
Employees are SO nice!! Literally everyone was amazing! Multiple people came up, gave out really nice compliments and offered to help out. I get it, it's their job but they all seem super happy! It's a really cute and calm atmosphere, kinda gives off museum vibes which is sick. Definitely stop by and take tons of pics! Kinda wish there were some more features like the old location had, like the canyon, that sorta stuff
i went here three times. once with my ex boyfriend, once for mothers day to treat my mom, and once to buy refills. the workers are helpful and sweet. they’re good at small talk and bonding and i love their makeup. glossier is one of my favorite makeup brands and im also so glad they’re in sephora now. the store is also so aesthetically pleasing and beautiful and they give you free samples and stickers. the events there are so fun too. 10/10
great quality products in a gorgeous store. i’m so glad i was able to get one of the los angles keychains! their products are super nice and worth the hype
